KNOW THE LIBRARY.
Athletes can train the published movement families and division standards in advance. The final eligible exercises, equipment requirements, and safety rules will be announced before registration.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF FITNESS COMPETITION
A new competition built on real movements. Athletes train the library. Game-day challenges stay secret until they're revealed.
01 / WHY WE EXIST
The arena shouldn't belong to one generation.
The PsychoGevity Longevity Games celebrate physical capability at different ages and stages of life. Our goal is to create an exciting competition where consistency, preparation, strength, resilience, and disciplined movement are worth showing up for.
Professional athletes aren't the only people who deserve a competitive stage. The Games are being developed for individual athletes, teams, Teen Monsters™, Masters, and adaptive competitors under appropriate division-specific standards.

02 / THE RULES OF THE UNKNOWN
Train with purpose. Arrive prepared. Find out what you're facing when everyone else does. It's a test of athletic readiness, not access to inside information.
Athletes can train the published movement families and division standards in advance. The final eligible exercises, equipment requirements, and safety rules will be announced before registration.
Game-day workouts, combinations, repetitions, and scoring formats are kept under wraps until an official reveal. All athletes in the same division get the same information and a safe briefing.
Perform under published judging standards. Winners are determined by verified competitive results, not by personal training logs or advance knowledge.
Events are programmed and safety-reviewed ahead of time. Competition organizers will publish eligibility, equipment, modifications, movement standards, and safety requirements in advance.
03 / THE MOVEMENT UNIVERSE
Bodyweight movements lead the way. A broader eligible library may include balance work, timed holds, hills, carries, and approved equipment-based challenges.

Examples from the PsychoGevity movement system, not a final approved event list. The complete catalog and official standards will be published before entries open. Not every exercise is suitable for every division.
04 / ONE ARENA. MANY WAYS TO COMPETE.
Your preparation. Your performance. Compete in the division that fits your eligibility and experience.
Build a partnership or squad. Expect relays, collective challenges, and surprises that demand teamwork.
Age-group competition that puts experienced athletes and lifelong movement in the spotlight.
Thoughtfully designed competitive divisions with meaningful movement standards and athlete input.
Age-appropriate youth divisions are being planned, with parent or guardian-led enrollment and qualified supervision.
Categories and precise eligibility are preliminary. Official age brackets, division standards, adaptive classifications, and athlete safety requirements will be announced before registration. These are interest forms, not event entries.
